For the Scandinavian market, with a presence in Stockholm or Gothenburg, Sweden, TN Sweden is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive key account sales activities in Scandinavia and collaborate with our Sales Management Team. The successful candidate will develop and execute a strategic sales plan for key accounts, aligning with the sales team to achieve financial targets for the Scandinavian hockey business across all product categories.

About this Role

  • Build strong working relationships with influential stakeholders to drive CCM Hockey strategies with customers.
  • Achieve annual sales goals for the region including key accounts.
  • Develop short- and long-term budget plans for key accounts, focusing on topline growth, margin expansion, and regional category performance.
  • Promote CCM Hockey's presence in central selection processes.
  • Align sales efforts with global marketing plans to support G2M initiatives.
  • Elevate brand exposure at points of sale with assigned customers in line with CCM Marketing strategies.
  • Provide internal marketing organization with product and communication insights for central and regional key accounts.
  • Collaborate with Sport Marketing Manager on regional guidance and activities.
  • Foster a deep understanding of customer strategies and tactics, sharing knowledge internally.
  • Maintain regular updates on account plans and customer strategies with Marketing and Operations teams.
  • Cultivate effective cooperation with European HQ support functions in Stockholm, Sweden, and the Distribution Center in Malung, Sweden.

Your Background

  • A degree in sales, marketing, finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of B2B experience in international sporting goods sales or retail management, with a strong network in Scandinavian hockey.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite applications.
