Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for conducting product trainings to learn about the product portfolio and developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will identify, analyze and prospect new customers, while providing ongoing service to existing customers.
  • You will plan and implement strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations with surgeons, hospital administration and purchasing departments.
  • You will advise and train medical and surgical professionals on the use of our products during demonstrations, and provide clinical support in the operating room when needed.
  • You will participate in congresses, seminars and business meetings to identify potential new customers and expand your knowledge for customer contact.
  • You will prepare orders for interested customers and be a reliable partner for our customers during order follow-up.
  • You will work closely with other team members in Sweden and the Sales Manager to ensure customer service levels are best in class.
