Nordic Regional Sales Strategy Lead

We are looking for a highly experienced sales strategy lead to drive sales and partnerships across the Nordic region. This role requires a strong understanding of Nordic media and advertising landscapes, as well as the ability to develop and implement a tailored commercial strategy for the region.

Main Areas of Responsibility:
  • Developing and implementing a regional sales strategy.
  • Achieving revenue growth through strong client and agency relationships.
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with media agencies and key clients.
  • Leading and mentoring a small sales team.
  • Leveraging knowledge of Nordic advertising trends to position Forza Football as a leader in sports marketing.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in the Nordic market.
  • Strong relationships with agencies and clients across the Nordics.
  • Deep understanding of Nordic media and advertising landscapes.
  • Experience in adtech, media partnerships, or programmatic advertising is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a hands-on approach to strategy and execution.
  • Leadership experience, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
