As a member of the Commercial team, you will be part of the Merchant Development group. This team is responsible for managing and developing relationships with our enterprise merchants, focusing on driving business growth through close partnerships.

You will lead and nurture relationships with our largest existing merchants, ensuring their satisfaction and success while driving business growth. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and strategies that meet our merchants' requirements.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of complex key account management experience, preferably focused on e-commerce companies and/or payments. They should have proven experience in managing complex negotiations and delivering exceptional service to our merchants.
