You will have a proven track record of leadership in sales and commercial excellence, with a strong background in enterprise sales with technical integration and a B2B2C model. A market that demands proven leadership in navigating complex environments and managing cross-functional teams in matrix organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement an effective management system and key performance indicators (KPIs) to grow and realize the strategy for our global Merchant and Partner Business.Oversee the management of key strategic accounts and lead acquisition efforts cross-border.Recruit and train both local and central teams to excel in their roles and cultivate an innovative and successful culture.Leverage data and insights to drive informed decision-making and deepen your understanding of merchant behavior and needs.
