You will be at the forefront of driving commercial and operational excellence across our key accounts, working cross-functionally to streamline processes and enhance our service offering. By combining strong collaboration with commercial, product, tech, and operations teams, you will lead efforts to simplify complex challenges, creating a superior experience for both our merchants and their customers.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the Merchant Success Team in Sweden to drive operational excellence and an unmatched merchant experience.
- Analyzing data to monitor commercial and operational performance, proactively identifying areas for improvement and leveraging Instabee's strengths against competitors.
- Enhancing communication flows between Instabee and merchants to reduce lead times and elevate our offering.
- Building partnerships with merchants by joining key meetings to validate improvement hypotheses and drive tailored, impactful solutions.
- Supporting new sales and implementations by coordinating operational and integration set-ups that ensure successful launches and by contributing to negotiations with strategic insights.
