As a Customer Success Manager, you will:

  • Work closely with your customer portfolio to understand their goals and challenges and help them identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive onboarding projects of new customers through integrations, configuration and best practices.
  • Ensure customer retention by quickly acting on declining customer health metrics to understand the problem and get the customer back on track.
