We seek a seasoned and strategic Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 25 enterprise customers within a specific market, ensuring successful onboarding, product adoption, and overall satisfaction with our marketing cloud platform. Your key responsibilities will include driving customer retention and revenue growth through strategic customer projects, quarterly business reviews, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customized customer success plans to drive growth.
- Lead key customer projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver success.
- Regularly review customer satisfaction and implement improvements as needed.
- Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction levels across your portfolio.
- Drive revenue growth through retention and upsell initiatives.
About Our Ideal Candidate:
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success management roles, with experience in or exposure to the SaaS industry being a strong plus.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic customer success plans.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing customer and business needs.
