Founded through the merger of Budbee and Instabox, Instabee has rapidly expanded its reach across Northern Europe. With a strong presence in six countries, we serve thousands of online merchants, including prominent names like ASOS, Zalando, Inditex, and H&M.
The Role
We're looking for a strategic thinker who can leverage their expertise in sales and commercial excellence to propel our growth initiatives. This role demands a unique blend of technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and leadership skills. You'll be responsible for defining our vision and strategy, ensuring effective execution, and maximizing impact through systematic approaches.
Your Responsibilities
- Design and implement an effective management system and key performance indicators (KPIs) to grow and realize the strategy for our global Merchant and Partner Business.
- Oversee the management of key strategic accounts and lead acquisition efforts cross-border.
- Recruit and train local and central teams to excel in their roles and cultivate an innovative and success culture.
- Take charge of new business development and prospecting, negotiation, and the closing of complex opportunities, particularly those with significant cross-border potential.
