The Role

You will take on a critical operational function at Instabee, driving our growth initiatives through direct engagement with merchants and management of key accounts. Your responsibilities will include defining our vision and strategy, ensuring effective execution, and maximizing impact through systematic approaches.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for growing the global Merchant and Partner Business.Manage key strategic accounts and lead cross-border acquisition efforts.Recruit, train, and develop local and central teams to drive business success.Drive new business development, including prospecting, negotiation, and deal closure.Lead data-driven decision-making and deepen understanding of merchant behavior and needs.
