The Role

This critical operational function drives growth initiatives through direct engagement with merchants and management of key accounts. You will define our vision and strategy, ensuring effective execution and maximizing impact through systematic approaches. We prioritize speed, flexibility, and innovation while establishing a robust framework for growth.

Your Responsibilities

Design and implement an effective management system and key performance indicators (KPIs) to grow and realize the strategy for our global Merchant and Partner Business.Oversee the management of key strategic accounts and lead acquisition efforts cross-border.Recruit and train both local and central teams to excel in their roles and cultivate an innovative and successful culture.Take charge of new business development and prospecting, negotiation, and the closing of complex opportunities.Leverage data and insights to drive informed decision-making and deepen your understanding of merchant behavior and needs.
