Job Summary:

Mediatool is seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as VP of Sales EMEA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales growth, optimizing sales processes, and building strong customer relationships in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

The Role:

Sales Leadership:
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence and drive customer success.
  • Optimize Sales Processes: Continuously refine and improve sales processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, ensuring they meet ambitious revenue targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaboration with Other Regions: Work closely with the VP Sales North America to align strategies and coordinate cross-regional initiatives.
Data-Driven Insights:
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee pipeline management and provide data-driven insights to Mediatool's executive team.
Industry Expertise:
  • Market Trends and Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to maintain Mediatool's competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10+ years in senior sales roles, with 5+ years in leadership, ideally in SaaS or software industries.
  • A proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, particularly in high-growth environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing successful teams.
  • Expertise in sales strategy, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Exceptional ability to collaborate across functions and regions.
