About the Sales team
Quartr's sales team is a high performing team believing in individual freedom, and in this role have the option to work from New York or Dublin, or be part of our office in Stockholm. Quartr clients ranging from top-tier hedge funds, top-tier asset managers, sell-side equity research institutions, to leading financial research platforms, trading platforms and media platforms globally.
What you’ll do
In this role, you will be a key player in taking Quartr to the next level as a company and further strengthen our position in the ecosystem.

Driving and performing direct sales activities, building and establishing close relationships with C-level Executives, Product Executives, and Finance Professionals.

Understand and identify customer problems and needs in order to turn them into opportunities through a consultative selling approach.

Research opportunities, prospect, initiate discussions, build relationships, conduct demos, manage product trials, and close deals.

Build a reliable sales pipeline for future growth and sustainable business development.

Work closely with our Product and Tech team to form a product that solves customer pain points.

Envision and manufacture bespoke use cases for data integrations.
What will help you succeed

Proven SaaS- and data-sales experience, preferably within financial services.

Hard-working and possessing a “never give up” attitude to fit in the team of highly motivated, high-performance individuals.

Excellent communicator in written and verbal, high proficiency in English,
-
International mindset, and socially skilled with an ability to adapt to create rapport with C-level executives, and high resilience.

Educational approach: you have professional skills to explain complex terms and concepts to non-financial audiences.

A willingness to learn and strive for constant improvement, with strong entrepreneurial, problem-solving mindset.

Excellent communicator in written and verbal, and being socially skilled with an ability to adapt to different personas and situations.

Deep finance knowledge and/or interest is of strong advantage.
Note: you need to have a valid work permit. We are also not looking for consultants or help from recruitment agencies.
