Det enda sättet vi kan förbättra oss på är genom att bygga fungerande relationer och vår fältsäljorganisation lägger alltid tyngdpunkten på samarbete. Vi ökar vår egen försäljning genom att hjälpa våra kunder att öka deras. Nu är det upp till dig att visa att vi kan utöka samarbetet och fortsätta hålla oss på toppen. Det är tufft jobb men med våra starka varumärken och ditt driv, så vet vi att du kommer lyckas

Som säljare på Mondelēz International kommer du i denna roll samarbeta med kunder inom dagligvaruhandeln i Norra Stockholm. Du kommer att utveckla både befintliga och nya relationer och blir en nyckelspelare i att skapa nya möjligheter i butik och se till att just våra produkter finns där. Vi ser gärna att du är analytisk, förtroendeingivande samt tävlingsinriktad.

Med utbildning och bra coachning får du en möjlighet att växa som säljare och utvecklas. Butikerna ger våra säljare mycket bra betyg och genom kontinuerlig utveckling siktar vi på att nå visionen att vara Sveriges bästa säljkår.

För att bli en del av vårt team vill vi att du:

  • Har en gymnasial utbildning
  • Har erfarenhet av försäljning och är en god förhandlare med ett gott affärssinne
  • Är driven, målmedveten och beredd att jobba hårt för att vinna
  • Är en utåtriktad relationsbyggare som har lätt att samarbeta med andra
  • Har B-körkort och goda datorkunskaper
  • Erfarenhet av dagligvaruhandeln
  • Pratar flytande Svenska, Engelska är önskvärt
  • Butikserfarenhet inom Dagligvaruhandeln är ett plus
