Vi söker dig som är erfaren inom CX där du besitter kompetens och kunskap om KPI:er, mätning och uppföljning av kundupplevelsen, CX- dashboards och annat som gjort dig lyhörd för kundens önskemål och för fortsatt utveckling av framtida CX- plattformar. Vad kommer du att göra?
Du kommer att designa och kontinuerligt förbättra vårt CX- program tillsammans med teamet och andra nyckelintressenter, där du kartlägger kundresor och arbetar för att vi ska ha förutsättningar för att agera på insikter våra kunder ger oss, där ett stort fokus ligger på att ta fram och analysera kvantitativ och kvalitativ data.

Du blir en viktig kugge i att vara med och driva och utveckla vår kundupplevelse. I arbetet kommer du jobba tillsammans med tjänstedesignkollegor, produktägare, digital försäljning och andra intressenter.

Din uppgift blir att hålla ihop och strukturera kundfeedback utifrån olika källor. Du kommer också att presentera förslag på aktiviteter för att lösa utmaningar som du identifierat.

  • Etablera och kontinuerligt förbättra vårt CX-program i nära samarbete med nyckelintressenter
  • Etablera verktyg för kundfeedback och "dashboard" för att följa vår utveckling och ge insikter
  • Utveckla CX-plattform(en) och uppföljningen kontinuerligt, mer avancerad och bättre analys, kunskapsdelning mm
  • Bidra i det kontinuerliga arbetet kring att skapa och underhålla personas och kundresan
  • Arbeta nära design, CRM och andra team för att förbättra kundens upplevelse

Du har en stark analysförmåga och förmåga att skapa actions av dina insikter. Vi tror att du brinner för kundupplevelsen och har ett högt engagemang och drivkraft för att skapa de förutsättningar som behövs för att ta vårt kundmöte till nästa nivå.

Vi tror också att du har följande erfarenheter:

  • God kunskap om och arbetslivserfarenhet av datadriven tjänsteutveckling
  • Självständigt arbetat med att samla och analysera data för att fatta affärsmässiga beslut
  • Du har arbetat med både kvalitativ och kvantitativ data
  • Arbetat med kundresan i kombination med datapunkter, som instrument för tjänsteutveckling
  • Mycket god förståelse för affärsdata och dess betydelse i kombination med CX- data
  • Meriterande att ha arbetat med mätverktyg som Qualtrics eller exempelvis Forsta eller Lumoa för att mäta CSAT eller liknande
