Customer Category Sr Specialist

How you will make an impact
As a Customer Category Sr Specialist, you will identify growth and/or defend opportunities for Arla on Customer level and with our Customers within Dairy and Cheese. Together with the Customer team, Category Development and Space Development, you will create and execute growth plans for Arla at our customers; from assortment and gap analysis, creating tailored sell-in, joint business planning and creation of customer solutions/category development projects.
You will work closely with the Customer teams (KAM), Space Development, Category Development,
Marketing, and our Customers. Analysis work is an very important part of the role, as well as selling our insights and solutions, building long-term relationships and trust with our customers. Other important
areas is internal and external collaboration around Perfect Store (shopper inspiration concepts in-store), NRM (net revenue growth management) and Sustainability. We work with many different systems and analysis tools for internal and external market data, where you are expected to be the expert of how to utilize these down on a customer level.
Key responsibilities:
Strategy: Translate the Category Strategy through a customer lens based on shopper mission, profile and space segmentation in combination with connecting it to key drivers of growth for Arla at our Customers Analysis: Identify gaps, defends and opportunities for Arla at Customers based on multiple data sources and available tools Develop: Drive collaborations with customers at both central level and in-store through insights and solutions, aiming to drive joint business for Arla and the customer Execute: Execute customer and channel strategies, supporting customer teams in identifying gaps, defend and growth opportunities including creating sell-in arguments and/or material. Conducting test pilots and in-store rollouts for various shopper inspiration concepts, driving customer-specific projects aimed at category development, etc Point of contact: You will represent certain topics/projects and your customer in various forumsWhat will make you successful
Degree in Business Economics or equivalent in sales and/or marketing 3-5 years of work experience in marketing and/or sales from a supplier or customer perspective within FMCG Strong analytical skills and experience working with ACNielsen and Power BI Excellent experience in driving strategy and analysis projects You are driven, structured, analytical, and enjoy transforming identified growth opportunities and business possibilities for Arla into joint solutions with customers You have the ability to efficiently process internal and external data, eg. pos-data connecting it to
company profitability and evaluate the impact of different efforts for Arla and our Customers. You need to be business focused, strong analytical and relationship building skills with great communication skills. Furthermore, you excel in delivering presentations and simplifying complex analyses in an easily
understandable way.
Last but not least, you are an enthusiastic team player who enjoys working independently and taking
responsibility for your own work and leading cross-function and/or team projects. You are driven and create your own structure and planning to achieve own and the team's goals, contributing to a great team spirit.
