Customer Experience (CX) is a fast-paced and innovative department with a positive and dynamic work environment. As a CX Specialist, you will be responsible for Stadium's customer experience, ensuring it maintains the highest standards in all stores and concepts. You will work on brand building and sales, focusing on the customer encounter and aligning with the customer's needs. As a CX Specialist, you represent the voice of the customer in the company.

What does it entail to be a CX Specialist at Stadium?

As a CX specialist, you will oversee Stadium's customer experience and ensure it maintains high standards in all stores and concepts. You will work on brand building and sales, focusing on the customer encounter and aligning with the customer's needs. As a CX Specialist, you represent the customer's voice in the company.

Your responsibilities include simplifying and streamlining processes to create more time for customer interactions. You will be a contact person, sounding board, and link between Operations and suppliers, collaborating closely with other teams in the CX department and various departments across the company.

You are ultimately responsible for developing our personalized sales concept and customer measurements. You will plan, administer, and conduct training sessions while also mapping and challenging personal sales within our different concepts. You will analyze measurements and share best practices in customer experience.

Qualifications

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a background in Customer Experience or a related field. You should have prior work experience as a store manager or leader in physical retail, with knowledge of store operations, personal and mechanical sales. We also expect you to have excellent technical skills in IT environments and an interest in consumer trends and behaviors.

Personality-wise, you are goal-oriented, responsible, structured, and independent. You enjoy leading and participating in projects, are communicative, and collaborative. A requirement for this role is advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, and the ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written Swedish and English. Travel is involved in the position, and a valid driver's license is mandatory.

Duration:

The position is full-time with an immediate start. Probationary employment applies.
