Mitt namn är Johan Leire och jag ansvarar för teamet med säljspecialister på Telia Cygate i Region öst. Nu växer vi och söker en Software and Lifecycle Advisor som vill vara med och utveckla vår kundaffär och CX-arbete. Kanske är du vår nästa kollega?

I rollen som Software and Lifecycle Advisor axlar du ett stort ansvar med att proaktivt leta och utveckla affärer. Tillsammans med det lokala säljteamet driver och deltar du i våra kundaffärer med fokus på att kvalitetssäkra arbetet och coacha både kunder och kollegor. Du agerar en rådgivare och under affärsprocessen och vägleder våra kunder framåt.

Som Software and Lifecycle Advisor fokuserar du främst på långsiktighet, proaktivitet och rådgivning gentemot våra Enterprise kunder. Du driver vår licens- och mjukvaruaffär framåt, samtidigt som du initierar och leder flertalet aktiviteter kopplat till vår metodik och Customer Experience (CX).

Exempel på vad du kommer att göra i rollen:

Arbeta proaktivt med våra Enterprise kunder och dess affärer  Medverka på kundmöten, utveckla affärer och driva tillväxt  Agera rådgivare och specialist inom våra stora partners licensaffär såsom Cisco  Utbilda och delta i forum för att utveckla oss som företag och vårt CX-arbete

För att lyckas i rollen är du en skicklig kommunikatör som är trygg i dialogen med människor på alla nivåer inom en organisation. Du trivs i att arbeta proaktivt och strukturerat samt ser en långsiktighet i ditt arbete. 
 

Dina erfarenheter:

Flera års erfarenhet inom komplex försäljning och kundnära roller  Branscherfarenhet inom IT & Infrastruktur  Kunskap inom Ciscos produkter och hårdvara  Administration och systemvana, gärna inom CSM och CX-verktyg  Svenska och engelska i tal och skrift
