Common Product Manager

We are now looking for a Common Product Manager (CPM) that will drive the success of our products within the field of Enterprise “Unified” Communication.
The Common Product Manager is accountable for securing the product experience. Accountable and responsible for the product’s competitiveness as well as the operational performance and quality, throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Secures, in tight cooperation with representatives in the countries, excellent market performance for their product.
Drives product vision, strategy, vendor management, development, operations and maintenance as well as harmonization and consolidation across markets and segments.
Sets and drives the product roadmap based on market prioritization and securing regulatory, legal and sustainability compliance for the product.

My name is Stefan Bjurström and I’m Head of Product Management for Enterprise Communication services (Unified Communication). I believe that to achieve excellent results you need an excellent team and excellent teams are built through trust and good cooperation.
Me and my team belong to Telia Company’s global organization called Common Products and Services (CPS). We are the engine, the factory providing market leading and innovative communication products to our enterprise customers across our footprint in the Nordics and Baltics.

The role includes, but is not limited to:
Being overall accountable for the product’s competitiveness as well as the operational performance and quality throughout the entire product/platform lifecycle. This means that the CPM needs to secure appropriate development, both of new functionality but also of quality-related operational maintenance and development. Securing cost leadership of the product both for product/platform related cost but also for customer process-related costs, in joint co-operation with key roles in CPS and Countries. Overall accountable for quality and performance KPIs and securing relevant actions. Being a virtual leader performing the end-to-end accountability by driving agreement cross stakeholders having different responsibilities in country and CPS.Is this you?

We believe that you have an extensive experience from similar position within business transformation in a group function. You have a deep understanding on how our operations is run locally in our countries as well in group functions.
Your qualifications:
Deep understanding of customer journeys, products and it’s lifecycle Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree or equivalent preferred Knowledge in communication technologies, automation, and software development Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar positions are preferred, but if you feel you’re a fit based on other life experiences, please do apply.
