How to Have an Impact

As an Assistant Product Manager, you will closely collaborate with a Product Manager. You'll work on projects with various teams in marketing, innovation, supply chain, and sales. Your main goal is to achieve local plans and ambitious growth targets. To thrive in this role, you must excel at collaboration, coordination, and possess strong analytical skills. The position involves managing administrative tasks across multiple systems with tight deadlines, so being organized and adept at planning and self-management is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in projects, processes, and procedures to meet operational targets and service standards crucial for business success
  • Focus on driving product and packaging activities, including product launches and changes
  • Maintain master data in various systems
  • Enhance portfolio profitability and net revenue growth
  • Support strategic decision-making based on consumer insights and contribute to Arla's business growth
  • Establish strong relationships with internal teams at Arla Foods to collaborate on projects

  • A strong academic background with a university degree
  • Prior relevant work experience is advantageous
