Assistant Brand Manager and Assistant Innovation Manager

We are looking for an analytical and strategical Innovator, and we are also looking for a passionate and ambitious Marketeer. You will work in different teams, with the common ground that you will both have an engaged and supporting manager, a wonderful team, and many exciting projects and assignments. Both roles are temporary 12 months assignments, with the possibility of extensions.
Assistant Innovation Manager:
We can offer an exciting role within a prioritized area, where you will work together with a highly motivated and engaged team to develop new opportunities for Arla. We are looking for an Assistant Innovation Manager who can support and take the lead on bringing our innovation agenda to the next level. This is a temporary position for 12 months.
Assistant Brand manager:
Do you want to work with some of the most loved consumer brands in Sweden? As Assistant Brand Manager for Heartland & Arla Ko you will play a key role supporting the marketing team responsible for iconic Arla and Arla Ko products that holds a special place in the heart of Swedish consumers. You will also get the chance to drive your own exciting projects. We are looking for a candidate interested in building strong brands, with great analytical and business skills and interest in media and communication. How you will make an impact
Innovation:
As the Assistant Innovation Manager you will be supporting and driving innovation projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across the business. You will be exploring, designing and testing future Arla business opportunities, analyzing trends and data, planning and facilitating ideations and hackathons and being part of developing concepts. These could range from product ideas and new digital services to new ways of communicating and entirely new business models - with strong consumer insights or sustainable change as the catalyst.
- Identify emerging consumer needs and market opportunities through research and analysis.
- Be part of defining the innovation roadmap and prioritize projects based on potential impact and feasibility
- Lead the ideation process for new product concepts.
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, supply chain, and other relevant departments to bring new products and solutions
- Facilitate cross-functional team meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
Brand Marketing:
In the position as Assistant Brand manager, your key responsibilities will be to drive the execution of our category plan including product launches, packaging design and communication. You will build strong relationships with internal cross-functional teams across Arla Foods.
- Support NPD & other category related projects and be a key contributor to our innovation pipeline
- Support yearly business planning process and maintenance of our category strategy
- Work with yearly media plan development & marketing budget, including to secure efficient use of budget to deliver strong ROI across touchpoints
- Collaborate with agencies and other important partners and stakeholders, both external and internal to execute strategy and plans.

Qualifications:
- You have approximately 2 years of experience within innovation or marketing
- A completed university degree, likely in marketing or food science
- Previous innovation or brand design and communication experiences are valuable, as well as experience from concept and new product development processes
- Food and products as passion
- Conceptual and creative
- High proficiency in English and Swedish
