How you will make an impact

Innovation:

As the Assistant Innovation Manager, your role involves supporting and driving innovation projects by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. You will explore, design, and test future business opportunities, analyze trends and data, plan and facilitate ideations and hackathons, and contribute to the development of new concepts. This includes product ideas, digital services, communication strategies, and business models with a focus on consumer insights and sustainability.

  • Identify emerging consumer needs and market opportunities through research and analysis
  • Assist in defining the innovation roadmap and prioritize projects based on potential impact and feasibility
  • Lead the ideation process for new product concepts
  • Collaborate with various departments to bring new products and solutions to market
  • Facilitate cross-functional team meetings to ensure alignment and progress

Brand Marketing:

In the Assistant Brand Manager role, your responsibilities include driving the execution of the category plan, overseeing product launches, packaging design, and communication strategies. You will establish strong relationships with cross-functional teams within Arla Foods.

  • Support NPD and category-related projects to contribute to the innovation pipeline
  • Assist in the annual business planning process and maintain the category strategy
  • Collaborate on media planning and marketing budget allocation to maximize ROI
  • Work with agencies and partners to execute marketing strategies effectively

Qualifications:

  • Approximately 2 years of experience in innovation or marketing
  • University degree in marketing or food science
  • Prior experience in innovation, brand design, communication, and new product development
  • Passion for food and products
  • Conceptual and creative thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in English and Swedish
