Are you passionate about innovation and ready to lead projects that shape the future of our new Beer, Cider & RTD categories? We are now looking for a Project Manager to the Innovation team at Carlsberg Sverige.
About the role
As an Innovation Project Manager, you'll play a key role role in project management, driving cross-functional teams from ideation to implementation within our Beer, Cider & RTD categories. You'll have a direct impact on Systembolaget tenders and the development of new concepts, influencing strategic decisions and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead cross-functional innovation projects, collaborating with Brand Managers, Sales Channels, Brew Masters, Supply Chain, Group Development, and external suppliers.
• Proactively lead the long-term development of new beverages, managing the process for developing liquids for Systembolaget tenders.
• Oversee taste panels and tastings of new products and tenders, ensuring quality in project documentation for gate decisions.
• Present gate documentation to decision-makers and adhere to Carlsberg governance procedures.
The role is located at the Carlsberg Sverige Head Office in Solna, where you'll be a member of our Innovation team, which consists of five colleagues, and you report directly to the Head of Innovation. Additionally, you'll engage with a broad spectrum of internal stakeholders, including the Supply Chain Company, Sales Departments, Carlsberg Group globally and many others.

Who are you?
We are seeking candidates who hold an academic degree in business or technology management, or a relevant field. You have work experience, preferably within FMCG, with a typical range of 4-6 years in project management and/or product development. Broad project lead experience and familiarity with structured gate processes are essential. Proficiency in system usage (such as SAP, Microsoft Office, etc.) and data analytics (like Power BI) would be advantageous. Fluency in both Swedish and English is imperative, as you will interact with various internal and external stakeholders.
As an individual, you are structured, organized, and results-oriented, placing a strong emphasis on teamwork and integrity. You have self-leadership skills, including prioritization and time management, coupled with a proactive and creative mindset that fosters cross-functional growth. Your experience includes managing complex project portfolios and concurrently leading multiple projects. You demonstrate proficiency in influencing, delivering compelling presentations, and effectively communicating ideas. You enjoy stakeholder management, paired with a genuine enthusiasm for pioneering new beverage concepts.
