As a **Data & AI Business Area Manager** at **Orange Business**, you will have a crucial role in driving innovation and providing cutting-edge data solutions to our clients. Your main responsibility will be to establish and grow the Data & AI business area from scratch.

You will collaborate closely with the local Managing Director and the Data & AI Director of the European region. Your mission will include developing and managing a Data & AI area and your local team, working on data solutions value proposition, and focusing on modern data platforms and cloud data solutions during pre-sales activities.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data cloud, sales, and business management. Along with expertise in leveraging data for business insights and outcomes.

**Responsibilities:**

  • **Management**
    • Develop and own the local Data & AI strategy to deliver optimal customer value.
    • Manage and motivate a team of Data & AI specialists working on diverse data solutions implementation and consulting missions.
  • **Presales Expertise & Business Development**
    • Manage sales and opportunity development through pre-sales support, scoping/estimating, identifying and responding to client opportunities, and presenting solutions to customers.
    • Engage in customer meetings, creating demos, and responding to RFPs and customer requests.
  • **Delivery**
    • Build and manage a delivery team to ensure high-quality mission realization for customers.
    • Develop and enhance delivery methodologies, including workshops, templates, and frameworks.
  • **Communication & Community**
    • Lead external communication efforts, including participation in events and webinars, showcasing customer testimonials, and collaborating with the Data & AI European community.

**You should have:**

  • 5+ years of experience in Data & AI.
  • In-depth knowledge of data architecture, AI, and analytics, with an awareness of the latest trends.
  • Success in implementing cloud solutions and project and team management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and proficiency in consultative selling.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English.
