The team, position & mission:
As a Saleshub & Business Controller at Orange Business, you will be a pivotal member of our Business Control & Analytics team. The team manages financial data and business processes for Norway, Sweden, and Germany in areas such as data warehouse, business intelligence, controlling, sales support, and procurement. Our team of 9 experts provides critical data for invoicing, reporting, analysis, and decision-making across the organization.
The role involves two main focuses. Half your time is dedicated to supporting the sales organization in using the CRM system and ensuring accurate registration in our billing system through collaboration with delivery teams. The other focus is to use your expertise to conduct insightful analyses for the management team.
If you enjoy combining analytical work with processes, this position is ideal for you. We seek an independent, proactive individual who confidently asks questions. While you will receive support from your team and collaborate closely with the Saleshub and Business Controller for Norway, the ability to work independently is essential since the team is based in Norway.
Your key areas of responsibility as Saleshub & Business Controller:
- Submit change orders on behalf of service managers in the billing tool & ensure satisfactory ticket deliveries
- Monitor bookings & pipeline in Sales Force
- Calculate provision achievements for Key Account Managers
- Follow up on booked revenues, but not billed
- Conduct monthly business reviews with customer teams & assist Business Managers in monitoring hour registration
- Act as the go-to person for customer finance-related inquiries
- Provide PowerBI/DWH reports training to the local organization
- Ensure change documents to contracts are uploaded to confluence/house of control
- Assist in Ad-hoc projects and improvement processes
- Manage price adjustment processes, and analyze their effects
- Assist in calculations for larger bids & ensure bid processes compliance
- Ensure contracts are uploaded to confluence/House of control
As an ideal candidate you have: (focus on requirements/experience)
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in advanced controlling
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience and ability to analyze complex data
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish
It is not a requirement, but other preferred qualifications would be:
- Experience working in PowerBI
