Senior Controller Opportunity at Karolinska Universitetssjukhuset

About the role:
Economics and Purchasing are responsible for financial management as well as the development and management of our financial processes such as financial planning, monitoring, costing, and cost per patient. As a Financial Controller, you will work closely with operations focusing on trends, target setting, and key performance indicators.
- Through data-driven analysis, support, challenge, and act as a sounding board for managers in one of the world's leading hospitals.
- Contribute with high ambition and drive to develop, streamline, and ensure the quality of the hospital's financial processes.
- Present and report financial analyses and trends in a pedagogical way, and follow up on key figures and goals.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is responsible and independent with a strong drive to simplify and clarify tasks with the highest quality deliverables.
- Has the ability to build good relationships and communicate effectively in a professional yet simple and clear manner.
- Is structured, meticulous, and analytical with the ability to prioritize effectively and see connections from a broader perspective.
- Has advanced Excel skills and experience with analytical tools such as Tableau is highly advantageous.
- Has 7-10 years of experience in qualified analysis and controlling work, a university degree in economics or equivalent, advanced Excel skills, fluent in Swedish, and good accounting knowledge.
