  • Drive HR initiatives across Sweden functions, locally, regionally, and globally, in alignment with strategic and operational objectives.
  • Ensure that Human Relations Policies and practices adhere to relevant labor laws and contracts. Collaborate with the senior leadership team to address local Union requirements.
  • Offer end-to-end HR services for Managers and Employees on HR procedures, working with Centers of Excellence and HR Shared Services for a seamless service.
  • Review and approve job descriptions for organizational alignment. Provide input to the Compensation & Benefits team on salary reviews and global total rewards programs.
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams to oversee HR processes and programs. Guide managers on recruitment strategies and onboarding.
  • Manage employee relations by leading investigations. Coach managers on resolving employee issues promptly.
  • Work with the business on workforce planning and organizational changes. Monitor headcount and budget controls.
  • Engage in talent review processes and develop Learning and Development solutions for the business.
  • Resolve intricate issues with limited precedent available. Collaborate on project-based initiatives to support business and HR objectives.
  • Communicate strategic HR analytics to facilitate informed decisions. Implement continuous improvement and change management initiatives.
  • Participate in the Sweden Senior Leadership team, driving HR initiatives that foster positive engagement and an inclusive culture.
  • Utilize HR systems such as Workday, Smartsource, Tableau, and Market Pay.

Minimum qualifications for this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Master's degree preferred.
  • HR Business Partnering background with significant experience in a similar role in Sweden.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
  • Tenacious and resilient with agility in the face of change.
  • Highly analytical with attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a dynamic organization.
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English.
