Om tjänsten

I din roll som Senior Client Manager ansvarar du för operativ och strategisk utförande, inklusive budget. Din primära arbetsuppgift att projektleda arbetet i kundteamet och gentemot kund. Du jobbar i din roll tätt tillsammans med våra mediespecialister, analytiker och tillsammans med övriga medlemmar i kundteamet. Du ansvarar för högsta kvalitet och service gentemot våra kunder gällande medierekommendationer, planering, optimering, uppföljning och lärdomar.

Duansvararäven förattleda kundteamet tillsammans med kundens Client Director/Client Service Director. Duinformerar och briefar specialisterpå ett strukturerat sätt om vad som skall göras samt om förväntningar och deadlines. Du har löpande dialog med kund kring medieaktiviteter och säkerställer att det strategiska ramverket följs. I din roll ser du också till att optimera och ta beslut på eventuell omfördelning av kundens budget baserat på prestation mot KPI:er, attribution och/eller ekonometri samt säkerhetsställer rätt rapportering och fakturering. Utöver det deltar du även i new biz-arbete och bidrar till att bygga starka relationer med alla Carats partners, såväl uppdragsgivare som med leverantörer, reklambyråer och inte minst våra systerbrands inom dentsu.

VEM ÄR DU?

  • Duhar några årserfarenhetfrån liknande arbete på byrå-, media- eller kundsidan.
  • Du är insatt och har koll på de senaste trenderna och vet hur man länkar samman datadrivna insikter, strategi och medieplanering.
  • Du har erfarenhet från arbete med både varumärkesbyggande och säljdrivande aktiviteter och du vet hur dessa samverkar för att driva kundens affär på bästa sätt.
  • Du har mycket goda kunskaper i både svenska och engelska.
  • Du är intresserad av innovation och tech och trivs med att jobba i olika system.

Vi söker dig som är lösningsorienterad, nyfiken och proaktiv i ditt arbetssätt. Du har förmågan att växla mellan detaljnivå och den större bilden och trivs med att arbeta både hands on och strategiskt. Du behöver vara en trygg och van kommunikatör och trivas med många kontaktytor. Sist men inte minst är du en inkluderande ledare som kan skapa förtroende och trygghet i teamet, vilket resulterar i ett högpresterande och engagerat kundteam.

Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på heltid och vi tillämpar 6 månader provanställning. Placering är på våra centralt belägna kontor, Åsögatan 108, mitt på söder i Stockholm.
