We're seeking a Senior Engineer Consultant to join our Nordics wind team focused on onshore wind projects in Northern Europe.As part of an international team, you'll work on various onshore wind projects involving planning, development, construction, and operation phases. Your responsibilities will include technical and commercial studies, due diligence, construction monitoring, and consulting for onshore wind projects, with possibilities to work on other renewable projects like offshore wind, solar, and battery/storage.With an independent and proactive approach, you'll demonstrate initiative, analytical thinking, and the ability to make sound technical and commercial decisions. You'll handle diverse tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your project management and technical skills in the renewable energy consulting sector.You'll be based in either Sweden or Finland, collaborating closely with colleagues across the company and engaging with multi-disciplinary experts. Your tasks will involve:
  • Providing technical support to clients for wind farm planning and development.
  • Leading technical due diligences and resolving technical issues with developers and investors.
  • Managing technical projects from start to finish and engaging in customer interactions.
  • Participating in business development and proposal preparation.
  • Conducting site visits and construction monitoring activities.
  • Utilizing knowledge from expert teams to meet client needs.
  • Mentoring junior team members.

  • MSc degree in a relevant engineering field (e.g., mechanical, electrical, industrial, civil).
  • Experience in due diligence work, particularly in wind turbine projects.
  • Knowledge of wind project development and construction.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Local language proficiency (Swedish/Finnish) and advanced English skills.
  • Willingness to travel for site visits, conferences, and meetings.
