Area Lead - Compensation

Telia is undergoing a transformation to become the top purpose-driven digital telco in the Nordics and Baltics, aiming to provide the best customer experience by fostering employee engagement and a great work environment.

Join us as an Area Lead Compensation where you will play a key role in leading the Reward journey across our organization, collaborating with international teams and shaping our global job structure and pay ranges.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead Telia STI process and salary review with support from country experts
  • Own Telia Global Job Structure and pay ranges, including market data contracts
  • Partner with local People Partners and colleagues to drive the reward agenda
  • Advise and train the business on compliant reward processes
  • Drive group Reward initiatives as a project lead or member

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with solid experience in Reward operations, possibly as a Reward specialist in a diverse organization or as a Compensation & Benefit Partner. Strong knowledge of salary structures, STI models, and managing compensation processes in systems like Workday is essential. You should be adept at providing recommendations to senior leaders and have a business-oriented mindset.

Key Requirements:

  • Substantial experience in salary structures and STI models
  • Proficiency in managing compensation processes in HR systems
  • Ability to provide recommendations to senior leaders
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and collaborating across functions
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written
  • University degree in Business Administration or related field
