PURPOSE OF ROLE

The Area Sales Manager Sweden is responsible for sales area's sales work, Salesforce reporting and managing sales team in Sweden. Focus is in maximising sales opportunities and business growth in the area. The Area Sales Manager Sweden will also focus on geographical expansion and will evaluate greenfield opportunities in the area. This role will report to Regional Manager Scandinavia. Managing sales team's SHE targets is number one priority.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Experience with SAP High level of computer literacy in MS office ; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio Excellent communication skills and effective organizational skills Ability to liaise with all levels within the company and external providers Personality to get on well with colleagues Well organized Willingness and ability to work effectively within a team and autonomously Willingness to travel Able to work with minimal supervision Attention to detail Able to work to deadlines and under pressure Desire for continuous improvement Self-motivated and ability to demonstrate a high level of initiative in the role Ability to problem solve, act with initiative, prioritize work and communicate effectively Commercial attitude Refined listening skills Understanding of mining processes and business In a highly commercial environment To have excellent written and spoken English and Swedish Leadership and supervising roles Working in multicultural environment
