Position Overview:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Sweden. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and delivering qualified leads to senior members of the sales team. As an SDR, we are looking for someone who is sharp, innovative, and skilled at problem-solving. You should be able to craft and communicate compelling messages to attract new clients and grow our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, educate, qualify, and nurture target accounts and inbound leads to create sales-ready opportunities
  • Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, generate interest, and develop engaging messages
  • Engage with potential customers to establish new business relationships, understand their challenges, and identify valuable solutions
  • Create new Sales Ready Opportunities (SROs) and pass them on to the sales team while providing necessary education on opportunities
  • Effectively address and overcome prospect objections through telephone conversations and various social channels
  • Be open to coaching, dedicated to understanding the market, enhancing your sales skills, and familiarizing yourself with our products and processes
  • Maintain efficient lead management by updating lead and prospect information in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to generate a strong pipeline of qualified sales prospects
  • Stay closely connected with marketing to understand campaign principles and with the product & portfolio teams to be well-versed in our offerings, unique selling propositions, competition, and roadmap
  • Support sales in developing, targeting, and qualifying SROs, planning follow-up discussions, and identifying prospect needs
  • Remain customer-centric by comprehending the customer context and asking insightful questions

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a Sales/Business Development Representative role (preferably in a SAAS/Services company)
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of successful lead follow-up and sales development across various organizational levels
  • Strong skills in opportunity qualification, objection handling, and time management
  • Proficient in call structuring, conversation control, and pitching
  • Experience using social selling tools for research and outreach
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic sales team environment
  • Positive and energetic phone demeanor, exceptional listening and writing skills
  • Proficiency in standard corporate tools (email, voicemail, MS Office)
  • Previous sales training and experience would be advantageous
  • Fluency in English
