We are in search of a Customer Service Representative for a full-time position.
The Customer Service Representative will manage customer quotes, process orders accurately, handle complaints, issue credits, manage invoices, and resolve disputes effectively. This role focuses on enhancing the customer experience through clear communication, efficient resolution of issues, and a culture of continuous enhancement. Collaborate with various departments to improve customer experience and achieve revenue goals.
As part of the Customer Service team and based in Solna, the Customer Service Representative will play a hybrid role. At Cepheid, we aim to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Maintain direct customer contact and closely support Sales Organizations to align with Sales and Marketing strategies for business growth.
- Collaborate with other functions to ensure strong cooperation for maintaining or enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
The key requirements for the position are:
- Proficiency in Finnish, Swedish, and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in order management, customer complaint handling, and accurate data entry.
- Ability to proactively resolve customer inquiries and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
It would be advantageous to have previous experience in:
- Working with ERP systems like SAP and SFDC.
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilizing problem-solving methods.
- Proficiency in an additional language.
