Are you experienced with Customer data management and customer reporting? Have you been part of the IT team or acted as the Main user for a Marketing solution? We are looking for a new Service manager to join our Customer IT team.
About the role
You are accountable for dedicated Fortum's Marketing and Customer BI applications and their lifecycle management. Your responsibilities range from concept definition to leading development and further to deployment of solutions. You work in both service operations and development projects and collaborate with colleagues from other parts of IT organization as well as with product and process owners from the business. Good facilitation and communication skills are necessary to perform in this role.
You orchestrate planning with stakeholders to achieve a shared vision of goals and priorities. You support and cooperate tightly with a solution architect to design technical solutions and target architecture. You plan and lead the implementation roadmap for your application portfolio. You collaborate closely with Fortum business areas, colleagues from IT as well as suppliers to fulfil business demands.
Your Service manager colleagues in Customer IT are responsible for B2B Customer applications such as CRM platforms, Customer invoicing solutions or Customer portals. A solid understanding of end-to-end B2B Customer lifecycle management is key to succeed in this role.
We're looking for a person to join us in Solna, Espoo or Wroclaw. We work flexibly in a hybrid setting, that adapts to both your professional and personal needs.
About you
You have strong knowledge and 3+ years experience of managing applications impacting Marketing and Customer KPIs and reporting - including e.g. m arketing lead management, c ustomer data management and c ustomer lifecycle management.
To succeed in this role you have:
- Experience in customer insight management, reporting and KPIs
- Ability to act as an IT professional who can consult and speak the language of business
- Solid competence in facilitating discussion with business and tech stakeholders and ability to provide solution concepts for business and technical teams
- Experience in utilising 3rd party data to support customer processes is highly valued
- Strong interest in exploring new marketing technologies and providing solution proposals to businesses is highly valued
- An understanding of the principles of master data management, solution integrations and integration middleware is highly valued
- An understanding of utility business processes, products and services is considered an advantage
- Experience in Microsoft D365 Marketing is considered an advantage
- Experience of data platforms & BI solutions is considered as an advantage
- Degree in e.g. computer science, engineering or business administration is highly valued
- Fluency in English
