Your mission

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.

You will be the first point of contact for many potential customers, and your main goal will be to identify their needs and introduce them to our company's products or services. This will involve contacting leads generated by our Marketing team, prospecting and identifying new potential customers, making initial contact via phone or email, and conducting needs assessments to determine if there is a fit between their needs and our offerings. You will also be responsible for nurturing and developing leads through follow-up communications and building relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Be responsible for contacting all marketing generated leads in a timely manner
  • Generate your own leads via prospecting activities
  • Collaborate closely with marketing on strategic targeted campaigns
  • Engage with leads over different channels (emails, telephone, LinkedIn), identify their needs according to our sales process
  • Introduce potential customers to the relevant people within the Sales organization
Your profile

An outgoing and extravert person who can keep track of multiple conversations at the same time and adjust your communication style to the person you are speaking with. You are result driven and have some sales experience or a strong desire to start a career in sales. You like taking initiatives and are capable of working with minimum supervision.

Important skills are:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish. Other European language is a plus.

  • Have experience working in sales, marketing or other customer facing roles
  • Have experience or a strong interest in IT and technology
  • Have a good sense of humor, bring positivity and energy around you
