Vår Air Solutions Sales Leader kommer att spela en nyckelroll i att etablera LG:s Air Solution-verksamhet i Norden, lägga grunden för framtida framgångar för LG:s värme- och luftlösningar i regionen och leda all AS-verksamhet från A till Ö.

Denna roll kommer att vara ansvarig för alla resultat för LG Nordics Air Solution-avdelning, marknadsstrategi och marknadsutveckling. AS Sales Leader kommer att ansvara för att bygga vår go-to-market-strategi, etablera långsiktiga partnerskap, hantera försäljningsverksamheten och genomföra organisationens mål.

Vi söker en mycket självgående entreprenör som är engagerad i att lyckas och leverera med hög professionalism och ägarskap av verksamheten.

Viktiga relationer

Internt: Senior Management, Sales, Sales Admin, Sales Engineering och Service

Externt: Europeiskt huvudkontor, Koreanskt huvudkontor, Kunder, Partners, Prospekt

Huvudsakliga ansvarsområden

1. Etablering av AS-verksamhet på den nordiska marknaden

· Etablera och expandera verksamheten för luftlösningar och uppvärmning på den nordiska marknaden.

· Driva försäljningen av värmepumpar under 2024.

· Expandera AS-verksamheten till system-AC och kylaggregat.

· Växa och hantera kanalstrategi och kundportfölj med grossister, tillverkare, projektutvecklingsföretag, nyckelinstallatörer och fler.

· Utföra marknadsanalys och formulera motsvarande affärsstrategi.

· Öka försäljningsintäkter och marknadsandelar.

2. Kanalhantering

· Ansvarig för kanalstrategi, inklusive hantering av distributörer och installatörsprogram.

3. Vinsthantering

· Ansvarig för att sätta pris- och kostnadsstruktur för att säkerställa lönsamhet.

4. Drift

· Fullständigt hantera PSI (Inköp/Försäljning/Lager) och genomföra grundregler för Kanal-PSI.

5. Go-To-Market-strategi

· Hantera produktintroduktion tillsammans med marknadsföring och kommunikation på den nordiska marknaden.

6. Fält- och service-support

· Stödja med fältfrågor och samarbeta med servicenätverket för produkterna.

7. Kommunikation och rapporter

· Hantera rapporter och kommunikation med LG:s koreanska huvudkontor, europeiska huvudkontor samt fabriker.

Erfarenhet

· 2+ års erfarenhet av att arbeta med värmepumpar hos antingen tillverkare, distributör eller installatör, helst i en försäljningsinriktad roll.

· Ledarskapserfarenhet med fokus på genomförande och disciplin att få saker gjorda.

Kommunikation

· Utmärkta kommunikationsfärdigheter; lyssna, förklara, tolka, analysera, medla, förhandla, besluta.

· Aktivt koordinera med tvärfunktionella team, virtuella team och intressenter vid huvudkontoren i Europa och Korea.

· Flytande engelska krävs, ytterligare nordiskt språk är fördelaktigt.

· Förmåga att arbeta självständigt och samarbeta inom strukturerade/tighta deadlines.

· Visa högt ägarskap och professionalism.

Datorfärdigheter

· Avancerad användare av både PowerPoint och Excel.
