Responsibilities

Welcome to the team We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join us as a Software Solution Architect. As a key player in the software process, you will collaborate closely with the Software Project Manager to handle SW requirements from the sales phase through to system support post-project delivery. Your role involves defining specifications to meet customer contract requirements.

  • Collaborate with various team members throughout the project lifecycle, including the Software Project Manager, Software Technical Leader, and Quality Assurance team.
  • Engage with customers, sales, and design teams to explore, present, and estimate Software Solutions for potential projects.
  • Translate user requirements into functional specifications.
  • Maintain and update project documentation.
  • Drive customer value by effectively utilizing Swisslog software to showcase our automation solutions.

Application Requirements

What it takes to thrive in this role

  • Degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in Software analysis, specifications, and requirements management, as well as team-based Software solution delivery in customer projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in Swedish considered a plus.
  • Preferable background in supply chain, logistics, and familiarity with automated material handling products.
  • Consulting experience with direct customer interaction is advantageous.
