We are currently in search of a Training Lead



We are looking for a skilled Training Lead to join our team and spearhead the learning and training activities for the upcoming Atlas program. In this role, you will oversee all training aspects, including strategy development, planning, and execution of relevant activities. Your responsibilities will involve creating training materials, conducting educational sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition to the new work methods for the organization. Your main goal will be to establish a comprehensive training strategy for successful integration of the new ERP system throughout the company. Collaboration with various teams, project stakeholders, and subject matter experts will be key to designing and delivering effective training programs that cater to the learning requirements of end-users.



As a part of the People Development department, you will work closely with HR colleagues in Solna who are experts in different fields. Initially, you will play a crucial role in the Atlas Program Change team to ensure its success. Moving forward, your focus will shift towards enhancing Billerud's future training capabilities.



The training under the ERP program will emphasize the organization's adoption of new work methodologies, particularly focusing on SAP Training along with potential external stakeholder involvement. The Atlas program encompasses processes in key areas like Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Mills.



Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a training strategy and plan for the Atlas program in alignment with project objectives. Conduct Training Needs Analysis based on program content.
  • Monitoring training effectiveness, taking necessary actions to achieve desired results, identifying skill gaps, and creating customized training programs for diverse user groups.
  • Creating and implementing training materials such as user manuals, e-learning modules, job aids, and interactive training sessions.
  • Managing training logistics including scheduling, venue coordination, and participant communication.
  • Collaborating with project stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify training needs, learning objectives, and target audiences.
  • Supervising training content development, especially Billerud-specific content to ensure successful implementation.
  • Co-managing the Train-the-Trainer process and overseeing Billerud Training resources in collaboration with implementation partners.

To excel in this role, we are looking for individuals with:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Training Lead in large-scale and/or complex transformation programs, especially in ERP implementation within areas like finance, supply chain, and manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and training evaluation methods.
  • Experience in developing and delivering various training materials including user manuals, e-learning modules, and instructor-led sessions.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities to engage and inspire learners, preferably with experience in the process industry.
  • Fluency in both English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Experience with SAP EnableNow, Signavio, SAP Solution Manager, and/or Jira is considered a plus.
