In this position, you will play an important role in bridging the gap between business needs and IT capabilities. Your responsibilities will include analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Facilitate discussions with relevant parties to understand priorities and detailed needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business needs and translate them into IT requirements (functional and non-functional).
  • Conduct feasibility studies and impact analyses for proposed solutions.
  • Assist in the implementation and testing of new systems and functionalities.
  • Support testing activities to ensure business needs are met.
  • Participate in various projects and liaise with stakeholders in the business, as well as testers and project managers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication (English and Swedish) and stakeholder management abilities.
  • You have a keen interest in the role of an IT Business Analyst.
  • Have previous work experience related to the IT or Business Analysis domain or within the service domain.

It is considered a plus if you:

  • Have experience in IT-related requirements gathering.
  • Have experience with process mapping.
  • Have experience in quality assurance (test) related activities.

About the Team:

The Coor Group IT team comprises over 60 employees, primarily based in our Stockholm HQ and represented across all Nordic countries. With a significant portion of IT operations outsourced, our IT organization consists of highly skilled leaders, project managers, solution and service managers, and specialists.
