We are in search of a **Senior Martech Solution Manager** who is passionate about harnessing the potential of data and technology to drive strategic growth. My name is Sara Arvidsson Asgari, leading the **Digital & Analytics** team at Telia SE B2B. Our goal is to utilize cutting-edge digital technologies, design, and advanced analytics to empower data-driven decision-making and exceptional user experiences. We are dedicated to fostering innovation, optimizing omni-channel experiences, and providing valuable insights to keep our organization ahead in the digital realm, committed to excellence and success driven by data.

The responsibilities for this role include:

  • Leading the Martech domain in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Developing and implementing data-centric strategies to enhance customer engagement.
  • Cooperating with colleagues organization-wide to ensure seamless integration of Martech solutions.
  • Establishing and enforcing global standards and governance models for Martech in close partnership with Sales, Digital, and IT departments.

Your qualifications should include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Martech, data analytics, or a similar senior role.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
  • A commitment to keeping abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving analytics methodologies.
  • Experience in leveraging Martech solutions to enrich customer engagement and marketing efficiency.
