The work duties consist of but are not limited to:

Lead our Martech area, working closely with cross-functional teams. Develop and execute data-driven strategies to optimize customer engagement. Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to ensure seamless integration of Martech solutions. Build and support global standards and governance models for Martech, working in close collaboration with Sales, Digital and IT department

The key component to succeed in this role is that you are a forceful changemaker. The ideal candidate will possess a holistic blend of leadership, technical, and strategic skills to deliver impactful insights and driving the B2B organization to success.

Your experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in Martech, data analytics, or a similar senior role. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. A commitment to stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving analytics methodologies. Experience in utilizing Martech solutions to enhance customer engagement and marketing efficiency.
