Rollen:

Som Client Executive på Multinational kommer du att spela en viktig roll i att hantera och utveckla relationer med våra multinationella kunder och Marsh globala nätverk.

Du kommer att vara ansvarig för att analysera och förstå kundens behov, ge strategisk rådgivning och säkerställa leveransen av högkvalitativa tjänster. Detta är en spännande möjlighet att arbeta i en snabbrörlig miljö och bidra till tillväxten av vår multinationella portfölj.

Arbetsuppgifter:

• Utveckla och upprätthålla starka relationer med multinationella kunder, förstå deras unika behov och mål.

• Samarbeta med interna team för att utforma och implementera skräddarsydda riskhanteringslösningar.

• Ge strategisk rådgivning och insikter till kunder om försäkrings- och riskhanterings bästa praxis.

• Övervaka och analysera marknadstrender för att identifiera möjligheter till kundtillväxt och kundbehållning.

• Förbereda och presentera förslag, rapporter och presentationer för kunder och intressenter.

• Säkerställa efterlevnad av regleringskrav och företagspolicy.

• Agera som en betrodd rådgivare, hantera kundförfrågningar och lösa problem effektivt.
 

Kvalifikationer:

• Kandidatexamen inom företagsekonomi, finans, försäkring eller ett relaterat område.

• Minst 5 års erfarenhet av kundhantering, försäkring eller riskhantering, helst inom en multinationell kontext.

• God förståelse av försäkringsprodukter och riskhanteringsstrategier.

• Utmärkta kommunikations- och samarbetsegenskaper, förmågan att skapa goda relationer med kunder, kollegor och intressenter.

• Stark analytisk och problemlösningsförmåga.

• Flytande i tal och skrift i både svenska och engelska.
