Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused professional to join our team as a Client Development Manager. As a key member of our client success team, you will be responsible for driving revenue and supporting client retention across a portfolio of Nordic clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong relationships with advertisers in your portfolio and efficiently manage, analyze, and optimize their programs.
- Monitor budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered within scope, taking proactive steps to maximize performance.
- Provide regular performance reports to clients and stakeholders, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance marketing, conducting regular client meetings to review campaign progress and discuss future strategies.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during campaign execution and provide valuable insights and suggestions for Tradedoubler's continuous development.
Your Profile
To excel in this role, you should have relevant higher education or experience in the digital media landscape and data-driven marketing. You should also have a strong interest and understanding of performance-based marketing, account management experience, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and the Microsoft Office programs.
Additionally, you should be result-oriented with a data-driven approach, possess strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, be enthusiastic with a 'can-do' attitude, and have strong organizational skills and the ability to put processes in place.
