Solar Sales Director

Vi på Idébanken Startup Sverige AB söker en erfaren Marknads- och Försäljningschef som vill leda vår tillväxtresa inom förnybar energi. Som Försäljningschef ansvarar du för att bygga upp, leda och utveckla ett högpresterande säljteam samtidigt som du skapar långsiktiga kundrelationer och identifierar nya affärsmöjligheter.
Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden inkluderar:
1. Utveckla och implementera strategiska försäljningsplaner för att nå och överträffa bolagets tillväxtmål.
2. Bygga, leda och coacha ett engagerat och resultatinriktat säljteam.
3. Identifiera nya marknadsmöjligheter och utveckla långsiktiga kundrelationer.
4. Samarbeta nära marknadsavdelningen för att optimera lead-generering och kundnöjdhet.
5. Analysera marknadstrender, kundbeteenden och konkurrenslandskap för att säkerställa en konkurrenskraftig position.
6. Sätta upp och följa upp KPI: er samt presentera försäljningsresultat och strategiska insikter för ledningen.
Kvalifikationer
Vi söker en person med flera års erfarenhet av försäljningsledning, gärna inom förnybar energi, teknik eller andra hållbara lösningar. Personen ska ha bevisad förmåga att driva försäljningstillväxt och överträffa ambitiösa mål.
