Regional Sales Development Manager

Are you an experienced Sales & Business Development professional looking for a new challenge? Calibre Global Consulting is seeking a talented individual to lead our business development efforts in Scandinavia.
This position requires a deep understanding of the local transmission and distribution power grid markets. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with key decision makers in the T&D market.
Responsibilities include:
- Setting up annual sales targets and overall account plans.
- Achieving sales targets, including transmission overhead line CICA solution and T&D insulator products.
- Conducting market research, analysis and associated marketing activities.
- Building and maintaining good relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Language: English, plus Local language in one of the above countries.
- Profound understanding of local transmission and distribution power grid market.
- Strong relationships with key decision makers in the T&D market.
- Profound understanding of the local TSO market (market size, competition, market trends, etc.).
- Knowledge of local customers, procurement processes, decision making processes, key decision makers, etc.
- Knowledge of project management, marketing methodology, finance and human resources.
- Ability to carry out negotiations and technical discussions with engineering departments.
- Effective communication in English and local language.
- Availability to travel: meetings, audits, factory visits & exhibitions.
