About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Stockholm. As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing a regional sales strategy to achieve commercial goals and growth objectives.

You will analyze market developments in the Refinery, Petrochemical, and Chemical and Waste to Energy Industry markets, establish rapport with key customers, and provide intelligence on competitor activities.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop a regional sales strategy to achieve commercial goals and growth objectives.
  2. Analyze market developments in the Refinery, Petrochemical, and Chemical and Waste to Energy Industry markets.
  3. Establish rapport with key customers and provide intelligence on competitor activities.
  4. Deliver presentations at national and international levels to communicate our value proposition.
  5. Represent us at conferences, exhibitions, and seminars.
Our Expectations:
  1. Master's degree (engineering or relevant discipline).
  2. Experience in technical sales is an advantage.
  3. Extensive sales and/or key account management training and experience with emphasis on working with sales methodologies.
  4. MS Office, CRM / SFDC training and experience.
  5. Extensive track record in successful sales in B2B industrial service selling environment.
  6. Language skills (fluent Swedish and English preferred).
