Key Responsibilities:
- Lead new business sales and revenue growth across the Nordics.
- Establish and expand relationships with key banking and financial services clients.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for priority geographies.
- Oversee the entire direct sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with global teams across sales, pre-sales, and product management.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in technology/software sales within banking, fintech, or cybersecurity.
- Expertise in digital banking, digital identity, authentication, or fraud prevention solutions.
- Proven ability to drive business development, manage complex sales cycles, and negotiate deals.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies in the banking and financial services sector.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a proactive and success-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
