We are looking for a highly experienced sales leader to head our Nordic sales team and drive the expansion of our service business offerings.

Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Lead to develop and execute strategic sales plans, build strong relationships with key customers, and lead a high-performing sales team in the Nordic region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand our service business offerings in the Nordic region.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying and pursuing new opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  3. Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and operations, to drive sales initiatives and improve overall business performance.
  5. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in a B2B or industrial context.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, developing high-performing sales teams, and building strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the Nordic region, as required.
