Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional to join our team in the DACH region. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in outbound sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and fluency in German and English.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for consistently meeting or exceeding your monthly sales targets, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Manage sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Source and qualify leads through cold calling, emailing, and social networks.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, partnerships, and customer success.
  • Continuous learning and growth mindset.
  • Team player providing ideas, feedback, and support.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of sales experience.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in German and English.
