CAIA Cosmetics is seeking an experienced Country Manager for the Germany/DACH region to drive growth and expansion across the market.

The Role

You will be responsible for overseeing digital marketing, e-commerce performance, and customer engagement to strengthen our online presence and optimize the customer journey. As our key representative in the DACH region, you will collaborate closely with the CCO and CMO to align commercial objectives and implement localized marketing strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute CAIA's marketing and commercial strategy for the German market.
  • Drive brand awareness and online growth through PR, influencer collaborations, and localized marketing activations.
  • Identify and lead potential retail partnerships and market rollouts.

You will also oversee the end-to-end customer journey from website experience to post-purchase engagement, utilizing data-driven insights to propose improvements in conversion rates and digital experiences.

Essential Experiences and Qualifications

Market Expertise:

  • In-depth knowledge of the German beauty market with a strong network across the DACH region.

Marketing & Growth Proficiency:

  • Demonstrated expertise in driving marketing initiatives including PR, content, influencer collaborations, and performance marketing.

E-Commerce & Analytical Skills:

  • Proven experience in optimizing online customer journeys and improving conversion rates using A/B testing and other CRO strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track KPIs and adjust strategies based on performance data.

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Previous experience in a senior leadership role with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working closely with executive leadership.
